SPECIAL ORDERS
A SPECIAL ORDER refers to a one-off item that is specially ordered from Zimmermann just for you. These pieces are not part of our regular in-store stock and are brought in exclusively on request.
How It Works:

Order Placement: Once confirmed, we place the order directly with Zimmermann.

Delivery Timeframe: Special Orders typically take 1–2 weeks to arrive in-store, depending on availability, shipping times & public holidays.

Collection: You’ll be notified as soon as your item is ready for pick-up or as soon as it has been shipped (tracking details will be emailed to you)

Final Sale: All Special Orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as they are ordered specifically for you.

Out of Stock Items: Special Orders are not items currently held in store; they are brought in on demand.

Careful Selection: Please choose carefully when placing a Special Order.

Stock Availability: We try our best to keep stock levels as up to date. Should the size that you ordered be out of stock we will refund you immediately or do our best to find you a replacement.
