Returns

 

We will give a full refund or exchange for full priced purchases made online. Items that are purchased on sale or where a discount is given are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Online promotion codes used at checkout are considered sale pieces and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt; unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if items have been worn, washed, damaged, soiled or altered in any way.  Coco Wellington Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if these requirements are not met, except as required by Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.

Your refund will be credited to the card used to complete the original purchase. Please note that a refund can take up to 10 working days to be processed and cleared by your bank.

We will provide you with a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) and instructions on returning the item. Returns will not be accepted without a RAN number. Please package the item carefully and return to:

The cost incurred for the return shipping of the item to Coco Wellington is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please email info.cocowellington@gmail.com for any faults or concerns about the purchased item. 

Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Coco Wellington takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied. 

 

Exchanges

 

If you would liked to exchange your purchase please email us at info.cocowellington@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. 

The exchange must be for an item that is equal to or more value that the item purchased. Please email us at info.cocowellington@gmail.com with the size you require. All exchanges are based on stock availability.

All items will be checked to make sure they are unused, unwashed and unaltered with all correct tags present. Once garment has been looked over a replacement will be dispatched at the cost of Coco Wellington. An email will be sent with the relevant tracking information. 

Returns & Exchanges can only be made via the online store and not at the Coco Wellington Boutique. Online policies differ to in store.
