Returns & Exchanges

Online Returns

If you wish to return an item, please email us immediately at info.cocowellington@gmail.com.

We offer full refunds or exchanges for full-priced online purchases under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame:

  • Domestic Returns: Returns must be received by our boutique within 7 days of dispatch (the day your order is shipped)
  • International Returns: Returns must be received by our boutique within 7 days from receiving your parcel (starting from the day your order was received on your tracking number)

 

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted for worn, washed, damaged, soiled, or altered items.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount (including using online promotion codes like SHOPLOCAL5) are final, sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Refund Process:

  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

How to Return:

  1. Email us at info.cocowellington@gmail.com to receive your RAN number (Return Authorization Number).

  2. Return the item to the following address:

Important:

  • Returns must include a RAN number to be accepted - anything received without a return number will be returned to sender.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

 

Online Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at info.cocowellington@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

  • Exchange Conditions: The item you exchange must be of equal or higher value than the original item.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Inspection: All returned items will be inspected to ensure they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have all correct tags

  • Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs

Once your exchange is approved and your exchange shipping is paid for, we will send tracking information.

Note: Returns and exchanges can only be processed through the online store, not at the Coco Wellington Boutique.

Policies for in-store purchases differ.

Faulty Items

Special Orders/Pre-Orders

  • Special order pre orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded, as these are customised for you.

Other Important Information

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

  • Local Taxes and Duties: Any local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Coco Wellington is not responsible for delays due to these fees.
