Online Returns
If you wish to return an item, please email us immediately at info.cocowellington@gmail.com.
We offer full refunds or exchanges for full-priced online purchases under the following conditions:

Time Frame:
- Domestic Returns: Returns must be received by our boutique within 7 days of dispatch (the day your order is shipped)
- International Returns: Returns must be received by our boutique within 7 days from receiving your parcel (starting from the day your order was received on your tracking number)

Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted for worn, washed, damaged, soiled, or altered items.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount (including using online promotion codes like SHOPLOCAL5) are final, sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process:

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Email us at info.cocowellington@gmail.com to receive your RAN number (Return Authorization Number).

Returns must include a RAN number to be accepted - anything received without a return number will be returned to sender.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
Online Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at info.cocowellington@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Exchange Conditions: The item you exchange must be of equal or higher value than the original item.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Inspection: All returned items will be inspected to ensure they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have all correct tags
- Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs
Once your exchange is approved and your exchange shipping is paid for, we will send tracking information.
Note: Returns and exchanges can only be processed through the online store, not at the Coco Wellington Boutique.
Policies for in-store purchases differ.
Faulty Items

Special Orders/Pre-Orders

Special order pre orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded, as these are customised for you.
