INGRID STARNES Willow Skirt (Navy)

Fine waistband with belt loops. Zipper at side of waist to close. Metres of drapey, weighty viscose gathered at the waist create the the most beautiful, full skirt. Pockets at either side of hips. Falls dramatically and hem finishes at the ankle.
